Suche Android Handy mit qwertz tastutur unter 300€?

Hey leute. Mein altes handy gibt gerade den geist auf und deshalb suche ich ein android smartphone mit qwertz tastatur. Am besten wäre android 2.2 und es sollte maximal 300€ kosten. Ich bedanke mich schon mal für tipps und vorschläge.
